SGVP Surya Sports Academy has come up with Football classes for
8 to 18 years of age

Sportsmen are advised to intake 4000 Kcal approx. spread into Breakfast, Lunch, Evening snacks and Dinner. In addition to that pre-game meals are altered with protein rich food legumes 3 hours before the game.
