At SGVP Surya Sports Academy, our comprehensive coaching approach ensures holistic development, focusing on physical, technical, tactical, and mental aspects to mold well-rounded athletes.

Nutrition:

  • Sportsmen are advised to intake approximately 4000 Kcal spread across breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner.
  • Pre-game meals are altered with protein-rich food like legumes, consumed 3 hours before the game.
